Shipping and Returns


Snorty Morty Designs average production timeline is 2 - 4+ business days on most products. Bulk orders of $200+ is 5-7 business days. The day an order is placed is day 0. The next business day is day one.

Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx and/or its affiliates. Snorty Morty Designs reserves the right to select an alternate carrier or shipping method (different from the carrier selected by you at checkout) so long as it does not result in an additional charge to you the customer, or result in the order being delayed beyond the parameters set forth below. Shipping times on wholesale items and the “ship date” are determined by the nature of the product.

There are two shipping levels: Standard (5-10 business days) cheaper method), Expedited (3-5 business days) faster method). *NOTE FedEx is not able to ship to PO Boxes. Anytime you need to ship an order to a PO Box, you must select one of the USPS shipping options at checkout.

Orders may arrive in different boxes and at different timelines due to the type of product and the shipping affiliate. If you are ordering in bulk, your items may ship in multiple boxes.

Snorty Morty Designs does not guarantee estimated shipping carrier timelines. Domestic shipments generally arrive at their desired location within 2-10 business days of the ship date, depending on the shipping method you select. All delivery timelines may vary. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond the estimated arrival date. Snorty Morty Designs has no control over shipping carrier delays. Snorty Morty Designs cannot replace an order or refund shipping fees due to delays once an order is in the carrier's possession. Once the order is placed we will email you with Tracking information once your product is in transit.

If for some reason you did not receive the order but the tracking ID says it was delivered most often a family member picked up the package without informing the recipient. In the rare circumstance it's missing or stolen, your customer can file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

We typically do not accept returns or exchanges on non damaged items, however we will asses the problem and do the best we can to fix it. If your item(s) is damaged during transit please contact us at within 5 days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP. Please include a photo and description of the damage, and we will send out a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund shipping costs. Please contact us and we'll be happy to get it sorted out.

Please note that although we do our best to show the true nature of our products in our photographs, we cannot guarantee that the color on your phone or monitor is a perfect match to the color of our printed products.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Snorty Morty Designs reserves the right to have periodic promotions throughout the year. Discounts apply to regular priced items within the guidelines of the promotion. Discounts will be applied to your cart subtotal before taxes and shipping. Applicable taxes and fees will still be applied. The discount is only valid for the dates listed on the promo. You may redeem one promotion code per order.

Holiday Shipping

Please allow for additional processing time between late November through December. From November 15th through December 31st, our production time increases to 5-7+ business days. Most orders will ship before the 6th business day, but, you should prepare for the increased production time due to the increased volume we experience. The production timeline for Bulk Orders of $200+ is 7-10+ business days.
