Shipping and Returns
Production
Snorty Morty Designs’ average production timeline is 2–4 business days on most products. For bulk orders of $200 or more, production time is typically 5–7 business days.
Please note: the day your order is placed is considered Day 0. The next business day is Day 1.
Shipping & Delivery
All items are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or one of their affiliates. Snorty Morty Designs reserves the right to select an alternate shipping method (different from the one selected at checkout) as long as it does not delay the order or add additional charges to the customer.
There are two shipping levels:
- 5–10 business days (economical option)
- 3–5 business days (faster delivery)
📨 Please note: FedEx cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If your delivery address is a P.O. Box, you must select USPS at checkout.
Orders may arrive in separate packages and on different days depending on the items ordered and fulfillment partners used. Bulk orders may be split across multiple boxes.
We do not guarantee estimated delivery windows once the package is in the carrier’s possession. Most domestic shipments arrive within 2–10 business days of their ship date, but delays may occur.
Snorty Morty Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. We cannot issue refunds for late deliveries once a package is in transit. If widespread delays are reported by carriers, we will share updates via social media or newsletter.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking number shows a package as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Look around your delivery area
- Contact your local post office or carrier
In rare cases of theft or loss, customers are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
We generally do not accept returns or exchanges on undamaged items. However, we’re happy to review each situation — we’ll do our best to make it right.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days at sales@snortymortydesigns.com.
Include the following in your message:
- clear photo of the damage
- description of the issue
Once approved, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. We do not refund shipping fees.
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you have questions about your order, backorders, or discrepancies, feel free to email us — we’re happy to help!

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We offer promotions throughout the year on select items. All discounts:
- regular-priced items only
- cart subtotal before tax and shipping
- valid only during the promotion period
- limited to one code per order
Applicable taxes and fees are applied at checkout. Some promotions may be subject to exclusions.
Holiday Shipping
Please allow additional processing time between November 15th and December 31st due to higher order volumes.

Most orders ship before the 6th business day, but it’s best to plan ahead.
🎄 Recommended Order Deadlines for Christmas Delivery:
- Dec. 5. — Ground Shipping (USPS, FedEx, UPS)
- Dec. 10. — Expedited Shipping
